Orion Fabric: The Enterprise-Grade Governance Platform Bringing Agentic AI into Production

The Orion Fabric architecture illustrates governed Agentic AI deployment through orchestration, governance controls, AI engines, enterprise systems integration, and robotic AI support.

Taipei, June 2026 —Deploying Agentic and Physical AI requires more than just capable models; it demands strict cybersecurity boundaries and audit compliance. Octon developed the Orion Fabric governance platform specifically to provide this foundational control layer for technical leaders and enterprise IT.

On-Premises Architecture and Data Sovereignty

When deploying autonomous AI, enterprises face significant risks regarding data exposure and operational control. Drawing from Octon’s background in financial services and enterprise communications, Orion Fabric is designed for on-premises deployment.

This ensures that all data routing, permission checks, and agent computations remain strictly within the corporate firewall, guaranteeing absolute data sovereignty.

Core Architectural Components

As a highly connectable infrastructure, Orion Fabric orchestrates skills and enforces policies through specific structural components:

  • Orion Core & Orchestrator: Operating as the system's central control plane, Orion Core dispatches agent tasks, while the Orchestrator monitors workflows to ensure all autonomous actions align with enterprise business logic and compliance rules.

  • Ingress and Egress Governance: This mechanism safeguards the boundaries between Large Language Models (LLMs) and internal systems. By inspecting incoming and outgoing traffic, it prevents data loss, enforces tool permissions, and integrates mandatory human-in-the-loop approval controls.

  • Skill and Endpoint Gateway: Enforces access controls by validating external skills and mapping them into core endpoints within a governed library. Unauthorized APIs are blocked by default, preventing agents from exceeding their permissions.

  • Agent Deployment Framework: The platform supports deployment for both Claw Agents (CA) and Native Agents (NA). Claw Agents operate within the core environment to run OpenClaw skills securely. Native Agents interface directly with existing infrastructure—such as CRM, ERP, and core banking systems—eliminating the cost of rewriting existing enterprise software.

  • Physical AI Integration: Orion Fabric is compatible with ROS 2 and NVIDIA Omniverse simulation environments. This allows the governance software to run directly within robotic systems, subjecting mechanical actions and autonomous decisions to the exact same auditing frameworks used for software agents.

Moving Autonomous Agents into Production

Orion Fabric delivers the security, auditing, and permission framework required to safely adopt Agentic AI. By embedding governance into the automated enterprise, organizations can expand their operational capabilities without compromising administrative control.
